Let us not forget (at the risk of sounding crazy to many) that October 31st is one of the many nights on the Satanic Ritual Calendar for human sacrifices. Halloween is considered by the occult to be a major Satanic holiday. This particular night on our calendar, in itself, isn’t evil; it’s that which goes on this night that is evil. People don’t want to talk about it or even consider this reality, but it doesn’t change the fact that many will lose their life this night; including CHILDREN.

I have a friend who was a victim of SRA (Satanic Ritual Abuse) as a child and I think everyone should keep in mind that many suffer at the hands of the occult (not just on Halloween but throughout the year.) But for Halloween night in particular, I’ve often pondered over what might be happening in the spiritual realm when so many around the world are “innocently” participating along with those who hate God. Does this participation in some way contribute and fuel the unseen powers and principalities spoken of in Ephesians? Do our justifications and reasonings exempt our willful actions from having any sort of contribution or are we in fact unconsciously feeding into this worldwide ritual?

If there are those who gather to deliberately participate in evil this night, shouldn’t that be all the more reason for the church to gather together and pray against this evil instead of being a part of it? I suppose if one has peace in their own heart to participate in a night that glorifies evil (because ghouls and goblins and bloody corpses certainly aren’t holy) then that’s between them and God, but in my opinion we’re nor glorifying the Lord by participating no matter how trivial or harmless we may think it is. No matter how watered down society makes it, this holiday is dedicated to the darkness, not God’s truth and light.

There was a time when I too joined in, but the more I learned the more conviction I felt, so I prefer to be set apart from it . . .

“Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what is the good, pleasing, and perfect will of God.” -Romans 12:2

But that’s just me . . . The Lord is the ultimate judge, not me! As believers we all need to walk according to our own convictions, always being sure to follow the Spirit’s leading and to listen and obey when He speaks.

Hello Mindy…… Yes! the Holy Spirit does convict us if we start to do what is not in the will of God. His spirit is one of discernment and we are expected to discern between what is righteous and what is wicked. The problem is the worldly will fight for that which not of God and they try their best to make us look like we don’t know what we’re talking about. But we are in great company for that is exactly what they did to Jesus. He was oftentimes shunned for trying His best to tell them of His Fathers will. 1 John 4:5,6. I believe the way the world fights for their pagan holidays is a matter of truly not fearing the Lord. Malachi 3:16-18. God Bless and keep you,

Hi Mindy. I’m curious if you know of sites that document the SRA (Satanic Ritual Abuse) data tied to Halloween. Were your friend’s parents Satan worshippers? Dark stuff.

    • Yeah, it is dark stuff…eesh, sorry about that! Anywho, I don’t know of any sites like that but if there are I doubt it would come even close to the actual number of cases since the majority are unreported. In my friend’s case, she was raised by a single mother who had very bad judgement in babysitters (and men). My friend was abused by different people throughout her childhood but in this particular case it was a female babysitter who abused her and who would have a man show up after the mother was gone and the two would take my friend out to these rituals. I would say their radar is out for the weak and vulnerable, as it is for most predatory abusers. It may have only been once, can’t know for sure because she only remembers certain things and she didn’t want to tell me too much because of how disturbing it was. Her memories came back to her as an adult and often times made her physically sick.

I made the mistake of researching this stuff a long time ago and the deeper you go the more disturbing it gets. These cults are very organized and often generational. And they’re everywhere, from small towns all the way to high society and government. They are very good at hiding in plain sight. They truly believe that Lucifer is the true God. The “satanists” out there who are very public about it and wear their black robes and horns seem like a perfect front for those who keep their “faith” secret. Many children are specifically bred and trained up to fill certain roles in the cult, being abused right from birth. Lots of abductions as well. I won’t go any deeper than that for everyone’s sake. I don’t recommend looking too far into it unless you truly feel called to do so. The darkness can really pull you down if you’re not careful. What’s important is that we pray for these victims and against this evil. I pray that it be exposed for all that it is. I had a hard time wrapping my head around it at first because it seems so unbelievable, but then I remembered that the bible says that Satan is the god of this world; then it all made sense. But good news! Jesus has overcome the world and He is coming back soon to “settle all family business.” . . . By the way, Mitch, I really enjoyed learning about the gargoyles and angel symbolism at the Notre Dame Cathedral. As an artist I truly appreciate the thought behind that…very cool!
